01 — Relationship

Slow at the start. Steady the whole way.

Before we tour a single house, we sit and talk. Life stage, timeline, worries, budget, wish-list, deal-breakers. The homes and the offers follow. This is how I've kept clients coming back to me for fifteen years.

02 — Local Fluency

Twenty years on these streets.

Which pocket of Newmarket floods in a wet spring. Which Aurora crescent has the best resale. Which King City lot line moved last quarter. Local knowledge you can't google — you have to have lived it.

03 — Certified Negotiation

A CNE at the offer table.

Certified Negotiation Expert credentials mean I'm trained past instinct. On your best day it looks calm; on a multiple-offer night it earns you thousands. Currently completing my Broker's designation.

§ 03 · The Agent

Twenty years
Newmarket-known.

Before I was a Realtor, I was a neighbour. Twenty years in Newmarket and York Region, fifteen of them selling homes — and every client I've kept, I've kept because we started as people and stayed that way.

I hold a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation and I'm currently working through the requirements for my Broker's license. Both are quiet credentials — you notice them across the offer table, not on the sign in the front yard. What you'll notice first is that I answer my phone, that I return your call, that I never make you feel small for asking.

Away from listings I'm home with my husband Chris and our two dogs, Rosie and Junie. If we're talking about your family's next move, you'll hear about them — because a house isn't a house, it's where a life happens, and my clients are the reason I still love this work.
